Reservations and Scheduling

How do I book a cleaning with Clovermaid?
  • Select your Service: Visit our website and click on the “Book Now” button. Choose the type of service you need and add any extras you want.
  • Choose Date and Time: Select the date and time that best suits your schedule to receive our cleaning service.
  • Confirm your Booking: Fill in the contact and payment information, and confirm your booking. We’ll take care of the rest!
How can I change my housekeeping hours?

You can easily request a schedule change through our app, website, or by calling our office. Remember that changes must be managed directly with CloverMaid as our cleaning team does not have full access to scheduling systems

  • Through the web application: Visit  https://clovermaid.launch27.com/login, and log in with your username and password.
  • Call our office: You can call or text us at 813-5579600. During our business hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (closed on weekends and holidays).
  • Important: Don’t use social media channels to communicate cancellations.

Can I book on the same day?

While sometimes possible, we recommend booking in advance to ensure you have the high-quality service you’re expecting. Our schedule tends to fill up quickly, so planning ensures a smooth experience.

What is the arrival time of the appointment period for the cleaner?

We reserve the right to arrive for scheduled appointments within 2 hours of the scheduled time provided on confirmation. For example, if your cleaning is scheduled between 11 a.m. and 12 p.m., your cleaning team might arrive between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. This allows us to optimize our routes based on location and handle potential delays along the way

Will I be charged if I cancel my booking?

We have a cancellation policy designed to ensure fair and efficient service. To avoid a late cancellation fee, you can cancel through our app or website at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.

If you miss this deadline, a cancellation fee will apply. We work hard to have the best cleaning professionals, and to keep our talented team, they must get paid even if there are last-minute cancellations.

Fees and Payments

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept all debit and credit cards. We do not accept cash, checks, or PayPal. We want to make the payment process as simple as possible.

How do I update my credit/debit card?

For all bookings, we require you to register a credit or debit card to hold and guarantee your booking. The card will only be charged at the end of the service when the cleaner checks out. 

To update your payment information, please visit our secure page www.clovermaid.com Once updated, we will use the new payment method for future services.

When is my payment processed?

We carry out a verification of the validity of the card 48 hours before the service, withholding the corresponding amount. Cleaning payment is processed at 9:00 p.m. ET after the day of service. You can rest assured: that you won’t be charged until the service has been completed.

How can I get a statement of my bookings and payments made?

You can get a statement and details of payments made by logging into your account on our website. Once inside, visit the payment history section to view and download your transaction information. If you need additional help, please do not hesitate to contact us.

How can I thank my cleaner?

At CloverMaid, we love that you want to thank our professionals. If you want to leave a tip, you can easily do so by making your payment online. Simply select the option to add it to the final bill, or you can tip in cash. Your appreciation means a lot to us and makes our work even more rewarding!

How do I redeem a discount code or gift card?

You can easily redeem your discount code or gift card:

Book online: When booking your cleaning service on our website, enter the voucher code in the appropriate field during the checkout process. The discount will automatically be applied to your service total.

Who provides cleaning products, tools, and supplies?

Our cleaning professionals arrive equipped with all the necessary products, and tools, using eco-friendly products to ensure a clean and safe environment for your family and the environment

What kind of vacuum cleaners does CloverMaid use?

We use vacuum cleaners equipped with HEPA* filters such as Dyson and Shark. If you prefer to provide us with your vacuum cleaner, no problem, we can use that too.

  • *HEPA stands for High Efficiency Particulate Air. A HEPA filter is a type of mechanical air filter; It works by forcing air through a fine mesh that traps harmful particles such as pollen, pet dander, dust mites, and tobacco smoke. HEPA-equipped vacuums shed less dirt and fewer microscopic dust mites into the room while vacuuming. Allergy symptoms tend to improve compared to using regular vacuum cleaners.
How many people will come to clean my house?

At CloverMaid, we usually send a single cleaning professional to your home to ensure personalized, detailed attention. However, depending on your request and availability, we can assign 2 or more cleaning professionals to ensure that the job is done efficiently and on time. 

Will I receive the same cleanser at every visit?

For our returning customers, we will do our best to assign you the same cleaner if you request it and if the cleaner is available.  This is especially possible for our clients with weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly services. 

All of our cleaners are trained and skilled at CloverMaid Academy, ensuring that you will receive high-quality service on every visit. We love to create relationships of trust and familiarity, ensuring that your home receives the constant, personalized attention it deserves

Access & Security

How will you access my home?

We can coordinate various methods of access, including being present, using a lockbox, or providing a temporary access code. Our team handles the security of your home with the utmost care and respect.

Can I leave my keys with my cleaner?

At CloverMaid, we prioritize the security and privacy of your home. For this reason, we do not keep customers’ keys. If you will not be home during the cleaning service, we recommend using a safe to leave us a key temporarily. Most customers opt for this method, as it ensures a reliable entrance without compromising the security of your home. 

Do I have to be present for the first visit?

You don’t need to be present. You can leave us detailed instructions and, if necessary, a key in a safe deposit box. We’ll make sure to follow your directions to the letter.

What if I accidentally leave the door closed/locked and my cleaning crew comes?

We understand that unforeseen events can happen, so our cleaning team will wait a maximum of 30 minutes if the door is closed or locked. However, due to the time and effort our professionals have put into getting to your home, a $70 fee will be applied to make up for lost time. Do you offer any satisfaction guarantees for your cleaning services?

Absolutely! At CloverMaid we want you to be satisfied with our cleaning services, that’s why we offer you a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee 24 hours after the date and time of the service. 

It applies to all our clients, both one-time and recurring (weekly, biweekly, monthly, etc.).

Are they insured?

Yes, we are fully insured! At CloverMaid, we take the safety and security of your home very seriously. Our insurance covers unexpected incidents, giving you peace of mind every time you use our services.

General Questions

How do we handle clutter?

For us to do our job properly, your home must be tidy when we arrive. This means that clothing, toys, and other items should be set aside and off the ground. If you can’t remove the clutter beforehand, you can include this extra service at the time of booking, so we can add extra time. 

We want to make sure you receive the best possible service and a shiny, welcoming home.

Do you clean the inside of the dishwasher?

No, at CloverMaid we don’t clean the inside of the dishwasher, but we do make sure to leave the outside of all appliances spotless.

How do you clean/handle blinds?

At CloverMaid, we take care of your home with the utmost care. Therefore, we only clean blinds that are in good condition to avoid any damage. Unfortunately, we cannot clean old or brittle blinds.

Do you clean windows?

Yes, we clean the windows, but we have some recommendations:

  • We only clean the windows on the inside, not on the outside.
  • We clean windows of normal height (between 5 and 6 feet) and up to 9 feet high.
  • If windows are larger than 7 feet, please provide us with a step stool or ladder. You know your home best and you will know what we need to reach those areas.

Our primary focus is on cleaning the home, and we make sure that your windows, as an integral part of your home, are also properly cared for.

What is the highest ceiling we can clean?

To clean tall windows, we use extension poles that extend up to 8 feet, plus the height of our cleaning professional, allowing us to reach between 13 and 15 feet. We can also use a 2-step ladder along with our extension poles to get a little higher.

For safety and liability reasons, our cleaning professionals are not allowed to climb more than a 2-step ladder

What is a recurring service?

A recurring service is a regular cleaning plan that is tailored to your needs and schedule. You can opt for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly visits, ensuring that your home stays clean and cozy all the time. 

Not only does this type of service give you comfort and peace of mind, but it also helps you maintain a healthy environment in your home without worrying about scheduling each cleaning individually.

What are the additional services?

Add-ons are additional areas that must be cleaned at the customer’s request but are not included unless selected by the customer at the time of booking, such as:

  1. Inside the refrigerator/freezer
  2. Inside the oven
  3. Inside small windows
  4. Emptying Kitchen Cabinets
  5. Sliding glass door (indoor/outdoor)
  6. Mold/Moisture Removal Treatment in Showers and Bathtubs)
  7. Pets. Pay from the second pet.

Add-ons can be scheduled if you select the checkboxes during the booking process.

Do you clean or handle collectibles?

We dust all surfaces and items, except for collectibles, fine china, or other items inside the cabinets. For liability reasons, we do not clean the inside of the cabinets

Do you offer a gift card?

Important to know:

  • Gift cards can be redeemed at any time within 12 months of purchase.
  • They can be used for one-off deep cleanings or a series of recurring cleanings.

Are there any restrictions regarding pets in the home?

Yes, to ensure safety, we do not clean homes with more than 6 pets (dogs or cats). Also, we can’t clean homes that have snakes, reptiles, or other wild or dangerous animals. We appreciate your 

How should I prepare my pets during the cleaning service?

During our cleaning service, we recommend the following for the safety and comfort of your pets:

  • Secure your pets: Place them in a travel crate, kennel, or separate room.
  • Inform the team: Notify us in advance about the pets that will be at home. At the time of taking the service on our booking page.
  • Designated Area: If possible, designate a specific area for your pets during our visit.

These recommendations help us ensure that both your home and your pets receive the best care possible.
